Common questions
The email used to create the Riot account. If you bought the account from someone and changed the email to your own, it's NOT the original. We only accept accounts where the email has never been changed, because the original creator can always recover the account via email reset — risking the buyer.
This is non-negotiable. If we only gave the buyer the game account credentials, the seller would still control the linked email — meaning they (or anyone who later regains access to the email) could trigger a password reset and steal the game account back. By handing over the original email account login (email address + email password) at sale time, the buyer can immediately change the game account's email to one only they control, then change the email password — fully securing the purchase. Both sides win: the buyer is safe, the seller cannot be accused of recovery fraud later. No email login delivered = no sale.
Then this is not a first-mail account by our definition, and we cannot accept it. The whole guarantee depends on the buyer receiving working email login credentials. If you've lost the email password, recover it first (via the email provider's recovery process) before submitting.
You set your asking price. Our team may suggest a price range based on level, rank, and inventory if your number is far off market. You can adjust before approval.
You sell directly to BuyAccount. This is a direct-purchase model, not a peer-to-peer marketplace listing. We buy the account from you, pay you out, then re-list it under our verified-seller account for retail. You only ever exchange credentials with BuyAccount staff — never with anonymous buyers, never via DMs on Discord / Telegram / etc.
Once your submission is approved, our system automatically opens a private support ticket attached to your account. You'll find it under My Tickets. Reply in that ticket with: (1) game account login (Riot username + password), (2) original email login (email + email password), (3) any 2FA recovery codes. BuyAccount staff verifies access, changes the security details, then releases your payout. All exchange happens inside the ticket only — we will never ask for credentials through any other channel.
We pay you the asking price minus a handling deduction (typically 10-15% depending on payout method). You set your asking price on the form; we either accept it or counter with our offer in the approval ticket. You can decline a counter-offer with no obligation.
Once you send the credentials in the ticket and BuyAccount verifies access, payout is released within 24-48 hours via your chosen method. The 14-day buyer-protection window covers seller-side ban risks — payout is final after that window closes without dispute.
