Crop

A crop is the plant that grows from a seed and can be harvested and sold for Sheckles. Crops keep growing even while you are offline, so the game rewards keeping every plot planted at all times.

Crops fall into two broad types. Single-harvest crops are picked once and must be replanted, while multi-harvest crops keep producing new fruit from the same plant, making them far better for steady income. A crop's final value depends on its base price, its size or weight, and any mutations applied to it, so a heavily mutated multi-harvest crop is the foundation of a strong economy.
