1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyAccount ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

BuyAccount is a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows registered sellers to list gaming accounts and related digital goods, and buyers to purchase them. BuyAccount acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• BuyAccount reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• One person may not hold multiple accounts without prior written consent.

5. Seller Obligations

• Sellers must accurately describe all items listed on the Platform.
• Sellers guarantee that they have full ownership and rights to sell the listed account or item.
• Sellers must not list accounts that are permanently banned, compromised, or subject to ongoing disputes with the game publisher.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of account details (level, rank, skins, etc.).
• Sellers agree to transfer account credentials within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

6. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers agree not to charge back or dispute legitimate transactions.
• Buyers must review listing details carefully before purchase.
• Buyers must not attempt to recover or reclaim a sold account after delivery.

7. 14-Day Warranty Policy

All accounts sold through BuyAccount carry a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery. During this period:

• If the account is permanently banned due to pre-existing violations by the previous owner, the seller must provide a replacement or full refund.
• If the account cannot be accessed due to seller-side issues (wrong credentials, email recovery, etc.), the seller must resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• The warranty does not cover bans resulting from the buyer's own actions after delivery.
• Warranty claims must be submitted through the Platform's messaging system within the 14-day window.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, scamming, or misrepresentation of any kind.
• Listing accounts obtained through hacking or unauthorized access.
• Attempting to circumvent Platform fees or complete transactions outside the Platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening other users.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or manipulate the Platform.

9. Fees and Payments

BuyAccount may charge a service fee on transactions. Fees are displayed before listing confirmation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices listed by sellers are in USD unless stated otherwise.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's messaging system. BuyAccount may, at its sole discretion, mediate disputes but is under no obligation to do so. BuyAccount's decision in any mediated dispute is final.

11. Limitation of Liability

BuyAccount is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gaming accounts. The Platform's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, design, text, software) is the property of BuyAccount. Game names, icons, and related assets belong to their respective owners (Riot Games, Epic Games, etc.). BuyAccount is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

13. Termination

BuyAccount reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at its discretion for violation of these terms, without prior notice and without liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
