When a buyer pays, a system notice opens the order thread. You send the login details by hand in that thread. The payment stays in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or the hold period ends.Withdraw Earnings

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
Buyer's account got recovered by the seller
Recovery is a common worry when buying a gaming account. On BuyAccount: if the account is recovered within 14 days of delivery through no fault of yours, request a refund in My Orders and describe what happened — under the 14-day warranty we replace the account or refund you.Listing doesn't match (missing skins, wrong rank, different level)
Open a dispute in My Orders within 14 days. Attach screenshots showing the discrepancy; we compare them with the original listing.Riot bans the account after purchase
Riot's terms do not allow account trading. If the account is banned within 14 days of delivery for violations from before the sale, the 14-day buyer protection gives you a full refund or a replacement. Change the email and password right after delivery and turn on 2FA.

- What's the difference between hand-leveled and botted? Hand-leveled accounts are played by a real person; botted accounts are levelled by scripts. The Hand-Leveled smurf page shows accounts listed as hand-leveled.
- Is buying accounts against Riot's ToS? Yes — Riot's terms do not allow account trading. Riot's systems act on how an account is played (cheats, scripts, bots and boosting), not on a change of owner. See our in-depth analysis.
