Refund Policy

14-Day Buyer Protection — Every purchase on BuyAccount is covered by our 14-day guarantee. If the account you received does not match the listing description or becomes inaccessible due to seller fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be issued in the following situations:
- The account credentials provided do not work and the seller fails to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- The account is permanently banned within 14 days of delivery due to violations that occurred before the sale.
- The account's key details (rank, level, skins count) are significantly different from what was listed.
- The seller fails to deliver the account within the agreed timeframe (maximum 24 hours after payment).
- The account was already sold to another buyer (duplicate sale).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The buyer's own actions after delivery resulted in a ban (toxic behavior, cheating, TOS violations).
- The buyer changed the account's email/password and then lost access.
- The buyer simply changed their mind after receiving the account.
- The account was banned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Minor cosmetic differences not material to the listing (e.g., one missing icon out of hundreds).
- The buyer attempted to recover the account back to the original owner.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Contact the seller directly through the Platform's messaging system and describe the issue.
- If the seller does not respond within 48 hours or refuses a valid claim, open a dispute by contacting BuyAccount support.
- Provide evidence (screenshots, screen recordings) showing the issue.
- All refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day warranty window from the date of delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Platform service fees are non-refundable in cases of dispute resolution that favor the buyer.
5. Replacement Option
In some cases, instead of a refund, the seller may offer a replacement account of equal or greater value. The buyer may accept or decline the replacement. Declining a valid replacement offer may affect the outcome of a dispute.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through the Platform is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Accounts involved in unauthorized chargebacks will be permanently suspended.
7. Seller Disputes
If a refund is issued against a seller due to a confirmed violation, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the seller's balance. Repeated violations may result in seller account suspension.
