Before you contact us
- Order issues: include your order ID (visible on My Orders).
- Listing questions: message the seller directly first — in-platform messaging is fastest.
- Refund requests: use the dispute flow in your order, not email — it preserves the evidence chain.
- Account recovery: if a seller is attempting recovery on a sold account, contact us within 1 hour with screenshots.
What we can't help with
- Riot Games account bans or suspensions — these are handled by Riot Support directly.
- In-game support or gameplay coaching — we're a marketplace, not a service provider.
