- Performance Data: We collect anonymous field performance measurements — page-speed metrics (LCP, CLS, INP), a coarse device class, and the page path — to monitor and improve site speed. These samples carry no cookies, no account identifiers, and no IP address.
- Uploaded Content: Images and files you upload to the Platform.
- Reviews: If you review an account you purchased, we store the rating, optional title and comment, your chosen display handle (never your email), and the linked order — so the review can be shown as an order-verified purchase. You can withdraw a review at any time from My Orders (it is hidden everywhere immediately; the record is retained for audit), or email [email protected] to request full deletion.
- Stock alerts: If you ask to be notified when an account type restocks, we store the email address you provide and the topic you subscribed to, used only to send that one notification. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe, or email [email protected] to be removed.

Our first-party live-chat widget uses browser local storage (not third-party cookies) to keep your conversation linked to you.
