  1. Go to My Orders and click "Open Dispute" on the affected order.
  2. Pick the issue category (recovery, mismatch, delivery, fraud).
  3. Upload evidence: screenshots, email forwards from Riot, account-state photos. The more evidence, the faster the resolution.
  4. Submit. The dispute team responds within 24 hours on business days.
  5. If we side with you, refund hits your original payment method within 3-5 business days (card), 24 hours (crypto), or 1-2 business days (PayPal).
