- Riot-initiated bans where the buyer's behavior caused it (cheating, scripting, toxic chat after purchase). The seller delivered a valid account; your post-purchase conduct caused the ban.
- Disputes after the 14-day window. We need fresh evidence (login timestamps, recovery emails) to investigate. After 14 days the trail is cold.
- Failing to change credentials after delivery. If you keep the seller's password for 30 days and they recover the account, that's on you — instructions say "change immediately."
- Buyer's remorse ("I don't like the account anymore"). We're not Amazon — gaming accounts can't be re-sold the same day.
- Region-locked accounts bought knowingly outside the buyer's region. Region is shown on every listing.
How to File a Dispute
- Go to My Orders and click "Open Dispute" on the affected order.
- Pick the issue category (recovery, mismatch, delivery, fraud).
- Upload evidence: screenshots, email forwards from Riot, account-state photos. The more evidence, the faster the resolution.
- Submit. The dispute team responds within 24 hours on business days.
- If we side with you, refund hits your original payment method within 3-5 business days (card), 24 hours (crypto), or 1-2 business days (PayPal).
