Gunrunning

Gunrunning is the GTA Online business line introduced in the update of the same name, centered on dealing weapons from an underground Bunker. You buy supplies (or steal them), the bunker slowly manufactures stock, and you run sell missions to offload it for profit.

Gunrunning also drives weapon and vehicle research, which unlocks upgrades like the Mk II weapon workbench and several armed vehicles. It is one of the staple passive-income setups, but the Bunker, its upgrades, and a Mobile Operations Center cost millions up front — part of the buildup that loaded accounts bypass.
