Owning it unlocks Security Contracts, which are repeatable jobs for steady income, and the VIP Contract storyline tied to Dr. Dre. It also gives access to Payphone Hits, short assassination jobs with cash bonuses for completing them in a specific way.

The Agency adds a vault that passively accumulates money from completed contracts, making it a popular ongoing earner. For buyers, an account with the Agency unlocked provides immediate access to these recurring activities and the Dre storyline rewards.
