Ability Haste

Ability Haste is the League stat that lowers ability cooldowns, letting you cast more often. It replaced the old percentage-based Cooldown Reduction with a system that scales smoothly and stacks without a hard cap.

More haste means more spell uptime, which is especially valuable on ability-reliant mages, supports, and junglers.
