Omnivamp

Omnivamp heals you for a percentage of all damage you deal, whether from basic attacks, abilities, or other effects. This makes it broader than lifesteal, which only triggers on basic attacks.

Because it works for every damage source, omnivamp is valuable on ability-heavy champions and bruisers who cannot rely on autos alone. There is one important rule: damage that hits multiple enemies at once heals at a reduced rate, so single-target damage gives the most sustain. Like all vamp, omnivamp is cut sharply by Grievous Wounds, the game's anti-healing mechanic.
