Blue Buff

Blue Buff comes from killing the Blue Sentinel, a large monster in the jungle. The champion who lands the killing blow gains a temporary buff, marked by a blue glow around their character.

The buff restores mana over time and reduces ability cooldowns, letting you cast spells more often without running dry. It is especially valuable for mana-hungry mages and many junglers in the early game. Blue Buff respawns on a timer after it is taken, so teams track and contest it as a small but meaningful resource. It is the counterpart to Red Buff, the jungle's other major early-game reward.
