Griefing
Griefing is the practice of harassing other players in GTA Online with no goal beyond spoiling their experience. Common examples include spawn-killing, blowing up someone's personal vehicle, or hunting players during their sell missions to destroy their cargo and erase their earnings. Tools like the Oppressor Mk II are often associated with griefing because of their speed and firepower.
Players counter it with passive mode, ghost organizations, solo or invite-only sessions, and well-armored vehicles. Griefing is a major reason many people grind businesses in private lobbies rather than busy public ones, where their progress is safest.
