Loss streak

A loss streak is a run of consecutive round losses in Teamfight Tactics, often taken deliberately. Like a win streak, an ongoing loss streak awards bonus streak gold, so players sometimes intentionally lose early rounds to build a large economy while staying alive.

The plan is to bank that gold, hit a strong board or key level, and then snap the streak by winning when it counts, ideally near full strength. The risk is losing too much health and dying before the payoff arrives, so managing health while losing is delicate. Deciding between losing for gold or pushing a win streak is one of the most important early-game strategic choices.
