Three-star unit

A three-star unit is a champion that has been upgraded to its maximum standard tier in Teamfight Tactics. Combining three one-star copies makes a two-star, and combining three two-stars makes a three-star, so reaching three stars normally requires nine total copies of that champion.

Three-star units gain dramatically higher health, damage, and ability power, often becoming the centerpiece of a winning board. Three-starring a cheap unit early or a high-cost unit late can outright win a lobby. Because they are hard to assemble, they signal a strong, well-developed account, and hitting one is a major payoff for strategies built around rolling for copies.
