Bunny hopping
Bunny hopping (or b-hopping) is a movement technique where a player chains jumps together while strafing in the air, preserving or gaining momentum instead of slowing down on the ground. Done well, it lets you cross open areas faster and makes you a harder target to track.
It requires precise timing between the jump input and mouse movement, and CS2's movement system limits how much speed you can keep compared to older games or community surf and KZ servers. Pure bunny hopping is mostly a niche skill in competitive play, but small skip-jumps are common for awkward peeks and dodging fire.
