Launch Pad

A Launch Pad is a deployable item you place on a flat surface; stepping onto it bounces you high into the air and redeploys your glider so you can soar to a new location. It is one of the classic mobility tools for escaping danger or covering ground quickly.

Players use Launch Pads to break out of a losing fight, to reach the safe zone fast when caught in the storm, or to gain height for an attack from above. Unlike a fixed Rift, a Launch Pad is loot you carry and set down wherever you need it, making it valuable for planned rotations.
