Deathmatch

Deathmatch is a free-for-all Valorant mode where up to fourteen players fight to reach a target number of kills before time runs out. Everyone respawns almost instantly, picks their own loadout from full credits, and abilities are disabled, so the focus is purely on shooting.

Because it isolates raw mechanics, Deathmatch is the standard warmup before ranked: players use it to settle their crosshair placement, practice flicks, and find their aim for the session. Killing an enemy briefly reveals the next nearest player and refills your health and ammo, keeping the pace fast. It does not affect competitive rank.
