How is Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement different from Riot's ToS?

Steam SSA prohibits account selling. Valve's enforcement focuses on automated trading bots and stolen-account resale. Hand-leveled accounts with legitimately-acquired skins, sold through verified marketplaces with escrow, carry low practical ban risk. The same precautions apply: change credentials immediately, enable Steam Guard on a new email and phone, don't link to your main account.

Can I trade skins out of a purchased CS2 account?

Steam imposes a 7-day trade hold on accounts that change Steam Guard devices, plus a 30-day hold on Mobile Authenticator additions. After purchase, plan for a 1-2 week settle-in period before trading. Listings disclose current trade-lock status.
